Conference News : Thanks! and Session posting update

Posted by ShawnF on Mon, August 20th, 2007 (506 reads)

Thanks to everyone who made this year's conference our most successful conference to date. We had over 300 attendees!

We will be posting sessions to the website as soon as we get them. We have put a call out to the speakers to get them. As soon as we receive a majority, we will post.

Many have asked why we didn't pre-post these sessions, or have enough hand outs. In some cases, the presenters are writing these close to the conference due to time constraints, so there wouldn't be time to pre-post. On the subject of number of hand-outs, presenters are donating the printing, and we have historically only asked for 30 for each session. If the attendee counts continue to grow, we'll rethink this policy.

Look for sessions to be posted soon, and thanks again.
